Dave Starrett:
LPO CPO

David graduated
from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 1978.
He worked as a staff Prosthetist and Orthotist for
the American Artificial Limb Company from 1978 to
1992. In 1992 David purchased the company with two
other long term employees, Hans Brunner and David
Johnson. He assumed the position of C.E.O., as well
as continuing to provide a full range of prosthetic
and orthotic services for his patients. David
specializes in post-operative amputee management.
Dave is ABC certified and licensed by
the State of Washington in prosthetics and
orthotics.

Donn Oshiro: LPO CPO

Donn graduated
from the University of Washington in 1999 with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Prosthetics and
Orthotics. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in
Biology with a minor in Psychology. His attributes
of being a patient and compassionate practitioner
are an asset to the company. Being ABC certified in
Prosthetics and Orthotics and licensed by the State
of Washington, Donn is responsible for fulfilling
clients’ prosthetic and orthotic needs.

Erik Blasen: R.T.P.O.

Erik graduated in
1999 from Spokane Falls Community College with a
Associate in Applied Science. He joined American
Artificial Limb Company in February of 2000.
Erik is responsible for fabricating braces and
artificial limbs under the guidance of Orthotists
and Prosthetists and has become a valued member of
our team.

John Shaffer: LPO CPO  |
John graduated from the University of Washington in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He brings a broad range of experience to our practice acquired from practice in prominent medical centers across the nation, including vacuum assisted prosthetic suspension, spinal trauma management, and neuro-rehab and pediatric orthotics. John is ABC certified, licensed by the State of Washington in prosthetics and orthotics, and trained in all the newest technology available today. |
Robert Montgomery

Robert joined American
Artificial Limb Co. in 1986. The task of keeping the
orthotic/prosthetic laboratory clean is no small
feat. He is an invaluable member of our team. |
Judy Fennell
 |
Judy Fennell is our office manager; she is responsible for working with third party payers and general record keeping for the business. She also sets the tone for how we interface with you, our clients. She has many years of experience in solving financial issues relating to the providing of prosthetic and orthotic services.

Evelyne Thompson
 |
Evelyne has been
employed at American Artificial Limb Co. since July
2003. She has worked here previously for several
years. She is responsible for the receptionist and
secretarial needs of the office.
