Driving directions:

Coming from the north on I-5

1. Take Denny Street Exit, turn left at Denny and go approx. 7 blocks east.
2. Take a right on Broadway, and go approx. 4 blocks south.
3. Take a left on Pike St, and go 5 blocks east.
4. American Artificial Limb will be on your left at the intersection of 14th, Pike & Madison.

Coming from the south on I-5

1. Take Dearborn - I - 90 exit, stay in left lane.
2. Follow exit signs to Dearborn street, and turn right on Dearborn.
3. Turn left on Rainer Ave, go approx. 5 blocks.
4. At Dearborn & Jackson and 14th head due North on 14th.
5. Follow 14th until you get to the intersection of 14th, Pike & Madison, and we
are on the north side of this intersection.

Coming from the East on I-90

1. After exiting tunnel, take the first exit to the right which will put you north bound on Rainer Ave.
2. Once you pass Dearborn follow directions above, starting at # 4.

Coming from the East on 520

1. Take the Arboretum exit, which is the first exit on the west side of Lake Washington.
2. Go through the Arboretum until you reach Madison Street and turn right.
3. Head West on Madison approx. 18 blocks.
4. Turn right on Pike and Office is immediately on right.
